Law enforcement now in the town of Mazatlán Sinaloa State Mexico where they appear to recruit these battlebots from the planet EVIL. They need to utilise these robots as that seemingly OK looking guy is some sadistic son of a bitch who did nasty things to rival cartel members and innocent member of the public recently.
Law Enforcement THEN from Mazatlán but back in 1914 during the revolution when the normal people were fighting against the corruption of the Mexican government.
